We had an incredible first experience in Cuenca, Ecuador, and saw a lot of amazing things. We would have burned through rolls and rolls of film were we still in the analog age, which we still remember. Thankfully, our generation straddles the gap, and we truly appreciate that we have gigabytes of photographs to supplement our writing and our own memories. Rather than keep it to ourselves, we’ve been creating small galleries to share our adventures with our readers.
While our photography is a huge part of our travel narrative, there’s just too much beauty to boil down to a dozen or so photos, and these galleries are our way of sharing the bumper crop.
Writing is a shared passion of ours, but so is the occasional comfortable silence. We’re more than happy to have our photography do some of the heavy lifting and let the photos speak their volumes.
